Starting real estate in 1985, Larry quickly began establishing a Real Estate system which would include support staff to share responsibilities, and provide superior service to all his clients. Our Client Support Team continues today to refine and incorporate new systems, working together to provide you with the best possible service. Whether you are looking to sell your home or purchase a new one, Larry is committed to making the process stress free and easy for you until the day you move.



Larry Kimacovich
Sales Associate


With over 28 years of experience as a realtor, Larry will accurately value your home and advise you while preparing your home for sale. He will schedule personal meetings with you to keep you up to date with the sale of your home. A successful sale should be stress free for you, by leaving all the details to Larry and his associates.




Billy Kimacovich
Licensed Assistant


Larry's nephew Billy will also accurately value your home and assist in preparations for the sale. He will manage the day to day aspects of your listing and coordinate showings after business hours. He may also assist with the purchase of your new home after your successful sale.




Dayna Cantin
Licensed Assistant


Dayna is the newest addition to our team. She will qualify prospective
buyers and provide them opportunities to view your home. Dayna is also
available to assist you in purchasing a new home when your home has been
sold.






Sara McFee
Office Manager


Since joining the team in 2010, Sara has established and refined systems to ensure customer satisfaction. Sara is the communication centre for our team and coordinates staff, showings, the production of marketing materials for your home, and as well approves the accuracy of all paperwork and transactions relating to your home. Sara is your first point of contact at the office from 9am to 5pm on weekdays.






Kendra Bartel-Ens
Marketing Manager


Kendra is the creative director of our marketing department, where she oversees the development and production of new marketing materials. Kendra ensures your property will be showcased at its best by developing eye catching feature sheets, website ads and creating our team's marketing materials.






Jennifer Ioannau
Office Assistant


Jennifer assists Sara with reception duties, processes paperwork for
clients both listing and buying properties, and actively maintains our
client database. Jennifer specializes in communication with clients in
the process of a transaction (from the initial setting up of a home
hunter search to after sale services) as well as past clients.






Brittany McDonald
Office Assistant


Brittany assists with day-to-day operations in the office including
client communication, database maintenance and filing. Brittany is also
an integral member of our marketing department. She prepares mail and
marketing shipments, coordinates with Kendra on projects and assists in
ordering inventory.





Our Stats

Larry has been a Licensed Real Estate Associate with RE/MAX for over 27 years, and was the second person in Manitoba to receive the Remax Lifetime Achievement Award. In addition, Larry has been awarded the Winnipeg Real Estate Board Gold Medallion which is awarded to the top 1% of Realtors in Winnipeg, the Remax Hall of Fame Award, and the Remax Chairmans Award. Multiple Listing Service statistics clearly show that Larry sells homes faster and achieves higher sale prices for his clients than industry averages.
